	education the construction work struggles on. Whole new sections are being created within the building as a cafeteria is being added as it was discovered in 1991 that so many students needed to put more emphasis on nutrition to be successful in school. The community has a very high incidence of diabetes and there have been times when other diseases have made life difficult largely because of over crowding in the homes but this problem is being alleviated This renewal of the high school coupled with similar measures completed at the elementary school mark a clear pattern of positive growth and development for this community and its people. The school when it opens in the fall will house grades four to twelve as the birth rate on the reserve continues to produce a large number of new prospective students each year and the elementary building will house nursery to grade three.
	On the left is a view of the former library and what will once again when construction is completed the library which was always the centre of the school. The original design of the building had the library open to the centre of the building so that all classrooms opened onto this vital thoroughfare. Above is the section that will become the library office.
