| Many people find spring the most uplifting time of the year, for me it means rubber
boots and at chance to be an engineer, planning ditches and damns. Saturday was one
of the first days when the temperature stayed above freezing from sun up until sundown
and the water immediately is beginning to collect. For comparisons sake you can
go back to this time last year and have a look at what things were like in the
