The TMSS girls soccer team have had their first tournament for the year as they were over to Meadow Lake this past week end where they competed with three other teams. They were pleased with their results winning one and loser the other. Last Wednesday the girls outplayed Roshtern Junior College but were shut out of goals losing one to nil. This week its time to even things up as they journey to Rosthern Wednesday afternoon. As we mentioned earlier girls soccer is really taking off and in Saskatchewan high schools it is rapidly becoming the fastest growing sport as school after school in the Southern part of Saskatchewan are getting involved. The TMSS football team went down to defeat at the hands of the Hudson Bay riders last Wednesday and will have a home game here this Wednesday. They are expecting a good crowd out to support them.
