Minor sports registration night

Time seems to wait for no one as the summer is behind us and its registration night for minor hockey and figure skating was tonight.

For both there are preseason conditioning cames scheduled to get this year's teams ready for the rigours of play and competition.

The hockey people were busy exchanging equipment and a

amount of visiting while the ice was busy with a free skate for everyone and with the summer temperatures it was a certainty that someone would go skating wearing shorts.

All of this week there are various activities arranging the coming season as parents and young people set out their sports and cultural activities for the winter.
