| It was this time last year that work began on developing
a field for the new Tisdale Middle Secondary School but since then little has happened.
The ball back stops were removed, fill was hauled in and spread out but now things
are getting a little more specific. Wednesday after the field was smoothed down
and given its proper shape trenching began so that an automatic sprinkler system
could be installed to produce the kind of grass field that is a pleasure to play
upon. This new field should feel the stomping of feet in the fall of 2000. |
