Weyakwin web cam
Many states and now some provinces are putting up cameras to monitor their highways. The road from Prince Albert to LaRonge is long and lonely without services most of the way so it is impressive to see a web cam in operation on this highway.
The little community of Weyakwin has a Department of Highways camp and now this web cam that shows a north view, a straight down view of the surface and a south view every ten seconds of the day and night.
These images show what the highway's surface was like at around 11:00 this morning.
