Ryna Allen is from Turtleford, Saskatchewan and is here in Tisdale to begin the 2006 rodeo season with the barrel ride competition at 5:00. She and her horse Deamanic have been working together for five years and she feels they are just getting to know each other's moves. The horse doesn't like mud so Missy (right) comes along as a friend and trailer partner but when the course is muddy the little quarter horse filly is the ride.
The professional rodeo season is a long one starting here in Tisdale and ending in November with the national championships in Regina.
