	Does this mean we are somehow threatened by this trend? Not immediately, local municipal government runs nicely under the umbrella of provincial and state government. Provincial and State governments have lots to do and can accomplish great things within federal nation states. So it is that nation states will find a way to work harmoniously and responsibly as members of a world. What will change is that world toleration for injustice, exploitation and natural disaster will increasingly become a concern of all. Yesterday three massive tsunami (earthquake created tidal waves) crashed into a thirty mile stretch of beach in Papua New Guinea and today Australian military and rescue units are sweeping through the area trying to rescue and assist people in whatever condition they are being found. We have as a race pulled together many times before and will do so many times in the future, only now we are much more aware of ourselves as a common people, with common needs, no matter where we are and no matter what shade the sun has turned our skin.
