This year's harvest is expected to span a wide frame of time because of the disparity at planting time and the differences in growth periods as they have related to each crop. This is a canola crop seen above swathed and on the right is a barley crop in the process of being swathed. These pictures were taken just before 8:00 this morning. In there area there are has been some fields combined and wheat fields are in the process of being cut now. With two more days of heat we expect to see more then 50% of the harvest process begun.
