Heat the oil over medium heat with the garlic when warm start sautéing the mushrooms, onions, celery and carrots. Once they are partially cooked start browning the ground beef (if unfrozen - if frozen start browning with the other ingredients) - season liberally through out the cooking process (really important to infuse all the meat with the flavors) |

Add the other vegetables and spices. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes (until the corn is warm) |

In a container mix the 2 cans of tomatoe paste with equal parts of water. Then add to the above mixture. Add ketchup (approx. 1/4 c. to 1/2 c.) and pasta (make sure it is already cooked). Stir - simmer another 5 minutes and serve |
