Two-Hour Buns |

3 cups of water | 2 tbsp. instant yeast | |||
1/2 cup of sugar (reduce to taste) | 2 eggs | |||
1/4 cup of oil | 7 - 8 cups of flour or enough to make | |||
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt |

Mix the yeast and 4 cups of flour in a separate large bowl. Whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add flour-yeast mixture. Blend well, add remaining flour. | ||||
Use this same bun recipe for cinnimon, or sweeter buns but increase the sugar slightly and use three eggs. |
