Various opinions have been expressed about Canada's ability and / or will to support and sustain an armed force in the Afghan. |

I wondered when their deployment was first ordered and then after the many delays, what would happen when rotation was needed. Now we know. |
|

Now the question is what are Messieurs Chretien and Eagleton are going to use those designed-for-theatre-camouflage uniforms for, which aren't scheduled for delivery until early summer. Are they going to be issued to the personnel while in Afghanistan or are they also destined to be sold as surplus this fall? Or both? By the way, how much did they cost to tender, design, test, manufacture and take delivery? |
