FTLComm - Tisdale - June 27, 2000

Tisdale's town workers are busy installing a full block of waterline on the North East side of town. This area has seen considerable development this past eight months with two new houses in the area and the town installed a new back alley. It looks like they are going to secure the water system in the area with a loop as they currently have lines coming down to hydrants at the East end of each street. This construction will see a proper line being installed to permit development to the large lots in the area. The attraction for people to this part of town are the very large lots available as both of the new houses constructed are sitting on lots about three times the size of most lots found in the rest of the town. So if you were thinking of driving out of town on what used to be the "old highway" you will be disappointed this road will be closed for a while.
