Water treatment plant making progress

Thursday the water treatment plant construction project went from a quiet little buidling project to a close down the streets thing. The plant has progressed enough that its time to start connecting up the massive water lines to the old system and as you can see in this picture (right) its time to dismantle some of the old system.

Two large tracked back hoes have openned up the street and the huge lines are bing installed in the ground from the new facility.
