While millions of people around the world have been protesting the possible American war against Iraq, NATO has agreed to provide military aid to Turkey for its defense against an attack from Iraq. In the meantime, the United States has offered $6 billion in grants and up to $20 billion in loan guarantees to secure Ankara's support for a possible invasion of Iraq by American forces.

Further, the United States is negotiating the provision for more money to Israel to defend itself from neighboring Arab countries and for more money to the Arab countries Jordan and Egypt to get their cooperation against the possible invasion of Iraq.

To make things a little bit more confusing you can refer to the collapse of the international bank BCCI in 1991 and you get the big picture of our new world order which includes the Bush family, the Bin Laden family, the Mulroney family, the Munk family, the Saddam family and many other families. But out of this confusion two truths arise, the first truth that common people all over the world don't want a war against Iraq, and the second truth that the American war against Iraq was planned before the 9-11 tragedy with the publishing in September 2000 of the document Rebuilding America's Defenses by the think-tank New American Century.

This document contemplates a regime change in Iraq and the presence of American troops in this country. Crown Prince Abdullah is planning to end the presence of American military forces in Saudi Arabia and this is a main reason why the Bush administration is urgently pressing for an early attack against Iraq and for the consequential establishment of a military administration of its oil resources.
