FTLComm - Carrot River - September 19, 2000

The Christmas fire that destroyed Carrot River's Roman Catholic church will be a long time before it is forgotten but the new building that stands as its replacement is a tribute to the dedication of the parish and its courage to rebuild. I was not long ago that this location was just an empty place when the sod turning ceremony took place. This new and modern structure is not yet completed but it is only weeks away from serving the community.
