With most projects I look over the thirty or so pictures taken during the house's evolution and select seven or nine that tell the story. With this one I thought you might like to see most of the images that show the gradual process from clearing the lot, installing the services, putting in the footings, buidling the basement, laying on the floor and erecting the walls. Each house is documented in most case right up until it is occupied but the story of the house for this page usually concludes with the walls being up.
This house was delayed a month when there was a change in plans from one house plan to another and that meant a re-organisation of the contrators and scheduling the work but it is now ready for its raffers and those will be installed during the coming week and then this house will be ready for windows, shingles, siding while the process of installing the electrical and plumbing system goes on before the drywalling can take place.
To work your way from May 22nd up to yesterday click on the images below which include some comments about the process.
