It was the same last year when the duplex two door south of the new one on 95th street had its water and sewer connected. There has to be a connection for each of the sides of the duplex which means a really big hole has to be created.

The town crew got to work this morning before 8:00 as chomped into the pavement and begun the extensive excavation. These pictures are how the project looked at 12:30.  Sand had to be brought in to make a safe backfill for the piles and then the hole had to be covered in. The process was not nearly completed by the end of the working day today.
