Rise Construction got this basement ready in the fall for a house but it did not arrive until recently. Now, as you can see the new ready to move house is sitting ready for the installation of the garage and siding.

Construction continues non-stop in Tisdale as the houses started before the snow came are getting their interiors finished and only one basement remains awaiting a house, or construction to begin.

This is not the time of the year that houses normally go on the market but throughout the year, it is normal to see many house with forsale signs on them. In January of 2008 there are very few houses with such signs as it looks like the market place is pretty tight.

I have noticed forsale signs on some vacant lots but only a few homes are still on the market at this time. Interestingly enough this new house seen on this page is for sale.
