Today with three machines at work Colin Chupa and his team installed the water and sewer lines for the new complex and began preparing the base for the footings and the pad on which the new building will be constructed. Though it has been cold lately the soil was not frozen and work went as expected. |

It was a month ago when Chupa Excavations cleared the site of the old house and garage and in the mean time the rain actually turned the lot into a pond.
