House number six

FTLComm - Tisdale - Monday, October 10, 2005

The development of new houses is always market driven and the sale of eighteen new condos from last year's construction put a lot of fairly recent houses on the market.

All of this year's new houses have been placed around the Golden Age Centre.
House one on the north west corner, house two beside the north drive way into the centre and project three is a duplex across the street and on the east side of the centre.

Houses four and five were built late summer on the north side of the TUCs field using up all of the lots on that side. We ddi not document the development of these two houses on this web site. Both of these houses were sold and with the sale of the last one built by the Beeland Co-op they have decided to erect house number six, the first house to go on the south side of the field that once was occupied by the high school and its playground.

Work began Saturday morning on the basement with Chupa Excavating putting in the services and digging the basement which is now ready for work to begin Tuesday morning on installation of the footings.
