Infrastructure Rebuilding - Manhole Bottoms

What are all these trucks with the name "Top Shot" doing in town? A fleet of small trucks with lots of workers are swarming around the streets in Tisdale doing some very specialised work. Their task is to go down into the town's sewer manholes, both storm sewers and domestic and rebuild them. The area is cleaned out old and damaged material removed and new cement work installed to keep the system functioning. This looks like good planning on the part of the Town of Tisdale. The water and sewer system is not something to take for granted and by putting tax money into maintenance the costs over the long run are kept down. (I actually took the picture above to catch the great cloud formation and when I came closer realised that I had captured this project underway)
