Data is not a great conversationalist, interestingly enough he does make the occasional comment at times but is much more inclined to listen, when he chooses, and ponder things when he has time to fit current affairs into his busy schedule. Though he spends a lot of time keeping track of the day to day goings about his yard and neighbourhood, and is known to watch television sometimes he refused to comment about the problems experience by Clinton, even when asked, he claims that "Socks" has passed on, or the White House is doing some sort of cover up on his whereabouts.
