SGI Takes Hit

If you happen not to live in Saskatchewan the irony of these pictures may not be that obvious, but SGI (Saskatchewan Government Insurance) is the insurer of all vehicles that operate in Saskatchewan. When you pay for your vehicle's license you are obliged to pay an insurance premium. About a month ago a vehicle lost control at this intersection and collided with the Insurance building. This is the second time this building has been involved in a vehicle accident. The brick work on the corner of the building has been repaired and this structure erected around the corner to keep the temperature up so that the mortar will cure properly. Now just image, the character who smacked this building and what it was like filling out the insurance claim for his car or truck. Somehow I don't visualise this as being a very sympathetic situation.
